Said it before and will say it again. The copier is only as good as the service it has on it. They all break and users will hate the one's that are broken the longest or most often. That being said we are a Canon shop and have tried many others over the years. Ricoh, Kyocera, Lanier but always end up going right back to a Canon.

We recently got a proposal to replace a HP Color LaserJet 3800 with a Kyocera TASKAlfa 250ci color copier. I was wondering if anyone had anything good (or bad) to say about Kyocera? I have no experience with any of their products, but they cost per page looks very good! And of course they assure me the quality is equal if not better than the HP.
