We use Kyocera in most of our stores (311 and growing), replacing Lexmark and HP. They have been really reliable. They have a ceramic photo-drum that is rated at something like 3 million pages, so you're not paying for a new drum every time you change toner. We had initial problems with the driver because the of the software we use to print our signage, but it was resolved with a call or two to tech support.
