We have one of those. It's pretty nice, but we don't use it a whole lot. On
the other hand, we have a couple B&W-only (but scan in color) KM-5050
machines which are basically the same machine without the color option (at
least that's what I'm told by our vendor.) They work very well. Occasionally
there will be something "glitch" in them.

My main complaint about the Kyocera machines is that they did away with the
hardware buttons in favor of a touch screen, and it can take a couple
seconds for the screen to recognize that a button has been pushed or at
least to accept a button push.

We recently got a proposal to replace a HP Color LaserJet 3800 with a
Kyocera TASKAlfa 250ci color copier. 
I was wondering if anyone had anything good (or bad) to say about Kyocera? 
I have no experience with any of their products, but they cost per page
looks very good!  
And of course they assure me the quality is equal if not better than the HP.
