I 100% agree. I was just wondering if Kyocera were generally regarded as the crap of the industry. We're not thrilled with our Xerox, and actually prefer our Sharp machines over Xerox.

The copier is only as good as the service it has on it. They all break and users will hate the one's that are broken the longest or most often. That being said we are a Canon shop and have tried many others over the years.
