We have about 130 Kyocera FS-1300 and some FS-4000 units here. A few years ago we moved to a "lease to purchase" agreement with ESI, which is a Xerox company. Most supplies are included and maintenance, which save us money as it seems our users must beat printers with clubs. A few have had issues, but none more than the HP units we have. And supporting just two models is much better than the various HP flavors we had. The HP 1100/1300 units were c-r-a-p! We also have Xerox Workcentres which also work very well. As others said support is important. Our support with ESI is pretty good. Tom
