The email that is sent contains the following information (along with
other stuff):

Account Number: XXXXXXXXXX
Account Reference:      XXXXXXXXXX
Invoice Number: XXXXXXXXXX
The total amount due is:        $XX.XX
The due date is 14-Oct-2008

Account Balance: $XX.XX

Presumably the SMS contains at the very least the invoice amount and
account balance. The email doesn't include the PDF invoice as well -
you still have to log into the VF website to get that. It would be
much easier for me if they'd email it...
