Melanie I agree with Andrew that there are a few businesses that comply with the rules. However these applicants are not Cocktail Bars one of them is definitely a dive that cannot control its unruly customers the other is directly opposite the kiddies park and I have witnessed their clients sitting on tables on the sidewalk drinking & noisy on a Saturday afternoon while the toddlers were playing in the park. Not a good example for toddlers..
