Thank you Jonathan,

I told ADT that i was cancelling the contract due to non delivery
and excess cost. Even after telling them a year ago that the bicycle patrol
was non existent, they still charge me and insist that the patrol is still
running.

The marketing/operations/call center manager said he would investigate and
get back to me.....still waiting!

After your experience, which confirms my own findings, they are now fired!
