I agree with Paddy, I think Obs has improved. Though I dont think the house 
prices have anything to do with Observatory, rather the fact that other areas 
close to CBD have got to be stupid prices, so Obs is a good alternative in 
terms of floor space.

This said, crime is an issue, and we need to all get together as a community to 
look out for crime ourselves. We cant entirely depend on OBSID and the Police. 
Being good neighbours is also quite a factor.
