Inaccurate.

The Open Gaming License allows anyone to use any previous version of the
License.  Even if a future revision of the Open Gaming License was
determined to be detrimental in some way to the objectives of Open Gaming in
general, anyone can continue to use the original text of the license.

The License and the Foundation are linked only philosophically.
