> Will the OGF only support the OGL?

The OGF will support any license that fits the definition of Open Gaming.

> How will the OGF be managed?

[grin] right now, it is managed by me periodically clearing a few log files
on a computer.

My objective is to end this process with an incorporated entity that is a
non-profit organization, hopefully with non-profit tax status as well. It
will have bylaws, rules of governance, a mission statement, etc.

> Who is allowed to join the OGF?

Right now, there is no formal "membership" in the OGF. The topic has been
discussed from time to time, but it seems to me that the various
organizational activities should be completed before anyone is designated as
a "member". Since membership currently has no definition, being a member
wouldn't mean much at the moment.

Clearly, the long term objective will be to allow membership to anyone who
wishes to particpate in the effort to create and support Open Games and the
Open Gaming concept.

By participating in these discussions, you are all de facto members.

> What are the goals of the OGF?

1. Support efforts to create licenses that meet the definition of Open
Gaming.
2. Be a clearinghouse for information about Open Gaming in general.
3. Be a public advocate for the benefits of Open Gaming.
