Is the text, "THIS LICENSE IS APPROVED FOR GENERAL USE. PERMISSION TO
DISTRIBUTE THIS LICENSE IS MADE BY WIZARDS OF THE COAST!" part of
the license? It wasn't included when Dancey posted the OGL to this
list, and the first line of the license appears to be below that,
where it begins, "The following text is the property of ..."
