Have you ever considered having the license printed on just regular paper
and folding it half, and placing it the book, like some people do with an
errata list. Throw in a couple of Necromancer, Sword and Sorecry,and/or
White Wolf stickers, and you have a happier gamer. I know I've always liked
Steve Jackson games for some of the surprise extra stuff they put in their
games.
