The OGL requires you to clearly indicate which portions are OGC. The
license's definition of OGC includes rules. Rolling a d20 is a game
rule. Therefore every instance of "roll a d20" must be clearly
indicated as a portion of your work which is OGC. 

There may be ways around this. I haven't seen any yet.
