Nope. A strict reading of the D20 STL will tell you that if you even mention that
character creation is possible, let alone suggest changes to the known process, is
strictly verboten.
When I asked earlier if I could say "Character generation is handled in the Player's
Handbook," I found out from Ryan I couldn't even say that.
