I don't want to dredge up old messages either, but if you are
talking about my opinions on using euphemisms and initials
then I'll be glad to respond to your issues with that message.
There were no statements about commercial versus free works.

Many producers have indicated they plan on doing this.  Some
have responded that anything not covered in the OGL is fair
game, regardless of the stated intentions of the PI clause.
I have no argument with that.  However, I do think it is a
disservice to not even discuss the ethics/ramifications of
this practice because someone who has done it might freak out.
