Well, I do suggest you keep a constant vigil monitoring your logo usage by
third-party designers in case of fraud. Unless you can find a way to ensure
some legal protection for that logo, people will think that your logo on a
product is a symbol of your endorsement.

If things do work well for such logo, then I can only commend for your
effort in promoting the Open Gaming movement.
