I think listing the items and stating which specific elements (I'm
assuming it's mostly their names, perhaps also physical descriptions) of
each are PI is the best approach.  That way you've just got the one
general statement about the text being OGC and all the specific statements
are concering PI.

I think Sixten's previous language was the best:

5. The following listed content is taken from publications of Sword &
Sorcery Studios. The names of these items, and any descriptions or
depictions [obviously add in any other elements that need to be
protected], are designated as Product Identity, and are used here by
specific permission of Sword & Sorcery Studios:

Once again I changed derived (to taken) and then added the note in []s in
case there are elements we aren't think of.
