I hope that the detailed list of elements which come from other SSS works is detailed enough to allow one to determine which elements in this work are PI, but given the degree it has been addressed already it seems clear that that is your intention. If so, I can't think of any major issues, and only one very minor one.
Regarding your reservation of PI rights clause. I'm curious to your thoughts on why it was important enough to include. It seems that you are restating your copyright rights (ugh, what a phrase) of your PI in general without stating your rights to the OGC, and without addressing the unique contractual aspect of PI, which is actually broader than copyright. Wouldn't it make more sense to treat all copyrighted material equally (OGC & PI) and make note of the special uses and restrictions on OGC and PI? -Brad _______________________________________________ Ogf-l mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.opengamingfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/ogf-l
