I dont see them the same at all. Chaosium has to protect its rival, preexisting system. Correct how? I dont think the product did well so I dont see them having much market incentive to worry about it. This is a small market with companies with limited manpower and time. They have zero incentive to revisit the issue now, particularly since there are possible legal ramifications for thier original system.
