I realize it wasn’t directed to me, but I am going to answer the
question anyway. 

I buy based on my interest, not based on what I can raid for content. I
still buy material for about 5 different game systems (d20, Action!
System, Chaosium system (don’t know what its called), GURPS, and
Palladium). I own everything that has been printed in the d20 market by
WotC, and 99% of their material is not OGC, but it is helpful in running
some games and its there for my own use. 

Everything you buy doesn’t have to be about what you can raid from it.
It is ok sometimes to by d20 material just because you want to.
