[Winona Online Democracy]
Please consider that although a tax rebate is not a big deal to many of
us posting here, to others, it is like an extra week or two of paychecks
in a debt ridden household. Home heating costs this year are financially
burying many families in Winona and I am reluctant to suggest they be
denied any available funds. Let's remember there are many single
mothers trying to raise a family in Minnesota.
