Dwayne and Terry...both excellent points you have each made.  Dwayne
your point of the two issues reminds me how glad I am that in the 2000
Minnesota Legislative session the issue of a unicameral Legislature did
not happen.  The need for deliberation by the House and Senate should be
a benefit for all of us as they debate and "fairly" look at our "state
