Apologies. This stuff apparently got reenabled when we move the list
from one server to another here (I didn't move the other lists, but I
also didn't check the config files for the list I duplicated when I
created the opencard and UFP lists like I should have).

Possibly, but without knowing who the people are, I'm not sure even
that is useful because there may be people on the list who don't have
anything to do with the project...

Not really. It's either open (anyone can get it), closed (no one but
the administrator) or list (anyone on the list). It's no trouble for
me to supply this information to anyone who needs it, though.
