Except that with 14, we'd need seven. Alain, Uli, Adrian, MP0Werd, Scott, spierings,
and myself have spoken up. One is busy with lots of work. That's seven, meaning that
someone would need a unanimous vote of those who are participating currently to get a
licence. Leave yourself out as obvoiusly biased and look what happens...
FYI: I'm going to contact everyone who used to be on the lists and us not currently
subscribed and tell them we've moved.
