Alain : It's more than fine. It truly respects the spirit of trust that
must prevail in any truly dynamic collaboration. I am even more
reaasured than I was before that collaborating with MetaCard will not
hinder the development of OpenCard. Quite the contrary.

Alain : Sure we could.

Alain : So few for now that only a handful of members are needed to get
accepted. It should be quite easy for us pioneers. It will become
increasingly difficult as our numbers swell. If we had one hundred
members, for example, a new member would have to get 50 members to
support him to get a licence.
