What I meant was maybe there are version differences between the OpenSG my
program uses and the one vred uses at home. Otherwise, how do you explain that
the same scene, same shaders, same models, causes this behaviour?

               At home          At school
vred           not tried yet    works
my program     segfaults        works

There has to be an explanation... I'll check the library versions when I get
home tonight, but if you have another idea, I'd love to hear it.
