Hi Aurelien,

Now that I've checked in the missing enum for FrameBufferObject could you
follow up by getting RenderStage.cpp to register it's use the FBO in a way
that now works for your usage model.  I could modify the code myself but
don't have a test case to test it against so wouldn't know whether it
worked or not.

I'd like to get OSG-3.2-rc2 today or tomorrow so would appreciate closing
this issue quickly so it can be part of rc2.
