after the question of post 1, there are 80 posts from users, just like the lawyers trying to "acquit the accused". All the posts understood the problem, but .... there very good reasons why this is happening. probably after so many years this hasn't change because 1. 99% of users using this app for special needs. Those can't found into apps like here, tomtom, sygic, etc. There are no more complaints or 2. users don't like this behavior has left osmand and return to apps like sygic.
