My server did the same. I rebooted it and FAQ showed up and I was actually able to use it like you are supposed to be able to. Thank you, Wes Sothard

I just go to Admin->Package Manager->Update->Install (FAQ) and once it's installed, the FAQ button shows up in the Admin. Actually, even regular screen will show the FAQ button too.
