Nope. LocalTalk Bridge always uses the Printer port.  The control 
panel only allows you to turn it off and make the LocalTalk segment 
local only, not bridging it to EtherNet.

If you can't run LTB on the other computer you could get a hardware 
bridge.  They are pretty cheap used now.
