My optical mouse has been doing that too. A kind soul on the list helped me by suggesting that I unplug and re-plug it and that worked. I'm still curious about the cause for the erratic behavior and hangs. My keyboard still doesn't want to space correctly in any program (notice the variations in this message) which is no biggie for E-mail, but a pain in the butt for formal writing. This is an iMac 400dv (once removed from the PCI list) I'm wondering if I should send it to Apple before the warranty is up? -- All the best, R.A. Cantrell
