Ralph what program is causing it and have you tried reinstalling it? Have you checked for any updates or patches for the program? Similar things happened with me with win2k, one of the reasons I went back to 98 & ME. I attributed it to compatibility problems with win2k Vs. applications, and there are many. -Clint
