Have you talked to them about it? You may not be the only one with this problem, they may have a bug in their software for 2k.
I also get some bad crashes that can only be 'escaped from' by hitting 'reset', and sometimes I don't get the scandisk screen or any fault logs. I just checked mine, and it doesn't show the constant BSOD's and hard crashes this ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 7500 software causes. I just had one about 30 min. ago, and the last error message in the log is from 2 days ago. Strange. Have you tried this software on any of your other PC's that use ME or 98? If win2k has "Dr. Watson", you can enable it and it should create a record of what is going on. If it does not, I'm sure win2k must have something similar.
