You should have a D drive.  That would be your CD.

I don't know what that WinXP reinstallation CD is since you have a separate
Driver cd and Dell sent you a system restore cd.  Anyone else have a new
Dell?

As I said before, I think you are fine.  Just make sure Dell gets your
computer running like you expect it to run.  They are responsible and from
what I've heard they will do a pretty good job of it.
