Thanks for all the help.. I am going to call Dell now.. and see when the tech person is coming. Probably not till monday now. cause I haven't heard from them yet today.. but thats fine.. As long as the computer is doing what it should..(allowing me to browse. and send & receive emails).. I'm fine.. Once its' up and running 'properly'.. I'm sure it'll be even better. Thanks so much.
