As I understand it, unless you buy a custom built computer from a
local source, you will not receive a full OS cd from ANY of the big
builders (Thanks to Uncle Bill ).  Those that try to get any sort of
disk can only get the restore or repair disks. Of course, you could go
out and buy a new CD with a different Activation code, etc, but you
run the risk of not having the special drivers that these big builders
seem to put on their versions so that they won't work on anything else
and nothing else will work on their machines.
