Likely other toxins/venoms etc.
nothing about congealed cigarette smoke could literally be a biohazard, unless something else was growing in it, unless a knife could also be considered a biohazard
I'm not sure what kind of knives you have, but most of mine are metal, not organic origin :)
Yeah it would be silly to consider a wooden spear a biohazard. But its not hazardous due to its (bio)chemical content.
