I'll see your 0.02 and raise another 0.02.... I couldn't justify the full cost of PS either but I managed to obtain an older version (CS3) cheaply. I tried Picture Window a couple of years ago. I was impressed by its features but I couldn't get my head around the way it kept opening new windows with every edit. I couldn't find an easy way to save a single file containing all edits for later additional editing.
