FF isnt necessarily about many more pixels. Its about better high ISO
performance, maintaining lenses wide angle capability, better resolution,
and better finders.

Subject: Re: Best FF Pentax Rumour Story EVER!!!!!!

I have to say that I'm of two minds about it; I find that processing
the K-5 pictures is already slow enough, and I don't see any evidence
that photo software is going to be getting faster. Also, I rarely
print, so don't feel the need for that many more pixels. I'd like a
*bit* more sensitivity, though what with usable ISO3200 and anti-shake
and reasonably fast lenses, it's not a big pain point. Faster
processing speeds don't seem to be on any horizon I can see. -T
