Same bell was dinging in my head but I couldn't remember the file 
extensions. In a default installation, they're "C:\Program 
Files\Design Explorer 99 SE\*.RCS". I'd back those up somewhere, then 
delete them. IIRC, Protel will recreate them as needed, but of course 
with factory defaults. So if you had extensive customization, you'll 
have to experiment with restoring some of your backups, or else re-do 
the customizations.
