Minnie, this is meanjillie. I did get results from you giving me the address of Dr. Hoff's superiors. I sent them last week. Dr. Hoff called me today. I did tell her I was going to have the growth harmone deficiency test. From talking to her its like she expected me to know everything I know now. I learned it all on the computor not from the doctors. She said the MRI's from Ok. taked like I had a tumor regrowing but there radiolist think that my surgeon got it all. I didn't know what my last MRI said no one ever told me. She acted like I knew. I ask her if my tumor had hemorraged in the beginning of 2001. She said it probably did. Never a real anwser. She said alot of people complain of the same illness that I have. So I guess M.D Anderson would not be the place to go to for anwsers. She wanted to give me her E-Mail address because she didn't want to anwser anything else. I told her I didn't need it, I said everything I needed to say I said. She said if this tumor wasn't growing back I could take the growth harmone drugs. Why didn't she go over that with me when I was there. I talked to her about the cholestrol and she said that was still contriversial. I just got mine down, nothing was working but Crestor, a new med. All I know is that it was climing and not stopping. I was hoping if I started the growth harmone drug that the cholestral would stay down and I wouldn't have to take cholestral med. anymore. Also I wondered if I could stop the Atenolol because of the racing heartbeat but I need one doctor to know this, not 3. Thanks again, I hope this doctor will think next time.
