The Gamma Knife and Radio Surgery are high powered very localized procedures usually for nasty brain tumors which pit tumors are not categorized as. Your best pit surgery option is probably endonasal/transspednoidal meaning up the nose through the sinuses. I was literally in and out of the hospital in 36 hrs with near zero complications from the surgery.
