A new datapoint:

I was running a test and started tcpdump with:

tcpdump -i lo

While playerv is running the traffic is flowing into port 6665 from port 47918
and then from 6665 to 47918. Seems to talking at least.

But still no movement in the gazebo window. The sky is moving, the laser
shows it's rays.

In playerv the laser data is there when subscribed and filled.

I am using Fedora 8.

Weird huh.

Thanks again.
