Jason, I think you'll need to find someone who can create a program for the PocketPC. Then have them get out the GTK viewer code and compile it up. You can find the GTK headers & libraries on Tor's site as mentioned previously. Then you should just be able to load the GTK libraries and the viewer executable to your PocketPC.
