So it perhaps is not that complicated to make a version for the Pocket PC? If one of the people in my IS dept can spare some time this should not take too long to create?
I just dl the SDK for the Pocket PC so maybe I will take a crack at this.
If it is partially built, is there interest on this list to help with the development?

Jason, I think you'll need to find someone who can create a program for the
PocketPC. Then have them get out the GTK viewer code and compile it up.
You can find the GTK headers & libraries on Tor's site as mentioned
previously. Then you should just be able to load the GTK libraries and the
viewer executable to your PocketPC.
