Interesting. I just tried it on my device and noticed no such
problems. What handheld did you use to test this?

Also, is this while viewing a document, or while browsing the library?

Finally, if you were to goto the JogDial Action... form, and change
one of the buttons (up, for example) to one type, then change it back
to the original, does that fix the problem?

If it's still screwed up, Download a program called PrefEd
(http://www.bellut.net/pilot.html#ppref) and delete your plucker 
preferences (should be classified under the 'S' tab). Go back into
plucker, is it fixed now? :)
