I fully agree with you on that. But please Orly, you are a senior member here and statements like that can be viewed differently in many ways, and a lot of it would be viewed negatively even if your goal is just to be constructive. Remember, not all of us here knew you, specially the new members. I hope there are still new members coming in because I am not seeing a lot of new names. Anyway, I don't really knew you much to believe that you are just being constructive which you have explained that you are.
