John, That's really good to know. Thanks. I can picture confused users who'd have difficulty following those instructions. :-) Wonder if this works with the latest versions of Word, includig the Saas 'cloud' version. Guess I'll find out. And, just for the heck of it I'll see if Calligra now exports to .doc or .docx.
