Either that or they persuade buyers to get the noisy GlobalWin WBK38 / 
ThermalTake DragonOrb fans which are the standard for overclockers. I've 
also noticed that even some worse vendors don't bother adding thermal 
paste on AMD's core, which helps a bit. Also, some clunky fans seem to 
be a danger in that they're a tad too heavy, which may cause the clips 
to give way over time.

And hopefully the best fans aren't always noisy -- or too power-hungry.
